Guidance Mission Statement

The mission of Gregg Middle School’s Guidance Department is to help all students learn to learn, learn to live and learn to work to their fullest potential.

 

 


 

 

How to Enroll your New GMS Student

1.   Bring with you

a.   Proof of Residency (current utility bill and an additional document verifying that address)

b.  Last report card and/or withdrawal paperwork

c.   Valid SC Certificate of Immunization

d.  Student’s birth certificate

Registration fee of $20.00
 


 
                  Prospective GMS students        

If you would like a tour of the school prior to enrolling, we would be more than happy to show you and your student around.  Please call 821-3910 to set up an appointment.


 

                    
                         How to Withdraw
 

1.   A parent/guardian MUST come to the school to sign withdrawal paperwork prior to the students leaving.

    2.   Students must turn in all textbooks and pay any fines.

 


                    
                    
Change of Address
If you move during the school year, please notify guidance and bring or send with your student a copy of your current utility bill with your new service address.

Individual Learning Plan conferences will take place this month for all sixth grade students!  If you can't attend your scheduled conference, please call Ms. Smith to reschedule!  She will be happy to work with you!

High School Information Night will be held on November 13th, in the GMS Cafeteria.  Representatives from both Ashley Ridge and Summerville High Schools will be on hand to give information about ninth grade programs, and to also answer your questions!
